Ed is what we would call a sourdough purist! He uses the authentic bread making process of using only flour + water + salt + time - this is what makes his bread of a premium quality 🥐🍞🥖⁠

His passion for artisan food isn't just limited to bread, though. He also produces a range of heritage quiches and pies and a range of heritage and high-end patisserie. Driven by the love and passion Ed has for good food,his recipes are influenced by the richness and diversity of the East Mediterranean and European cuisines.⁠
